Returns 404 if the spend requisition has no attachment. Returns 503 if the attachment is not yet available; retry after the number of seconds indicated by the Retry-After response header. Quote it when you contact support. ### ErrorDetail One field-level problem, listed on a validation error. - `code` (string, required) — A machine-readable code, such as VALIDATION_REQUIRED. - `field` (string, required) — The input field at fault.
