Endpoint Setup

Built with

The webhook portal is the operational home for your YunoJuno webhook integration.

It exists to give your team a single place to manage and observe webhook delivery without needing changes from YunoJuno each time you want to adjust an endpoint or investigate an issue.

In the portal, your team can:

  • add and manage webhook endpoints
  • subscribe endpoints to the event types you want to receive
  • inspect deliveries and failed attempts
  • replay messages during debugging or recovery

This page explains how access works and how users sign in.

YunoJuno will enable webhook portal access for the appropriate users on your account.

Before a user can log in:

  • their email address must be enabled for webhook portal access
  • that email address must be linked to the relevant client account

If you are setting this up for the first time, ask your YunoJuno contact to enable access for the right users before they try to log in.

Login URL

Use:

https://app.yunojuno.com/webhooks/login/

How login works

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Enter the email address that has been enabled for webhook access.
  3. Click Send Magic Link.
  4. Open the email from YunoJuno.
  5. Choose the link for the client whose webhook portal you want to manage.

What the magic link email contains

Portal access is scoped per client account on the YunoJuno platform.

If your email address has access to more than one client’s webhook application, the email will contain a separate portal link for each one. This keeps each portal session tied to the correct client context.

Troubleshooting login

If the form accepts your email but no email arrives, check spam and corporate email filtering first.

If the page says the email address is not recognised, or the email arrives without the client link you need, contact YunoJuno so access can be updated.
